Thanks to grant money, Banty Jones Park in East Rome will be totally transformed soon with a trail, pavilions, stage, two playgrounds and a splash pad!
- The state granted Rome $2.2 million from state American Rescue Plan Act funding (ARPA)
- The grant means that project plans can be completed in one funding recycle rather than being built out over multiple phases.
