East Central Secondary Access Road $395,000 $348,308 $46,692 2021 Project finished. View video of the completed secondary access road.  
Public Works & Infrastructure Improvements $5,000,000 $738,047 $4,261,953   From the 2020 list: Branham Avenue, Old Alabama Road, Hank Street, Nixon Avenue, West 1st, West 6th, portion of Riverside PKWY, West 1st and Sixth Avenue. The City will attempt to bid sidewalk this summer. 
Public Safety Facility & Equipment Improvements $4,400,000 $2,625,564 $1,774,436 2021 Fire: New tanker being built by Pierce Fire Apparatus, $315,000. Quint 3, click here for photo, delivered $1,025,000. Fire tower (click here for photo) renovations completed in 2020 $180,000. Burn building completed, click here for photo. PD: All 20 vehicles have been purchased and are being outfitted. 
North Broad Youth Center Recreation Renovations $600,000 $5,096 $594,904 2023 Initial project discussions are to replicate the facility that will be built in Parks Hoke Park.  Conceptual design is underway.
5th Avenue River District/Arts District $2,000,000 $72,500 $1,927,500 2022 GMC has been engaged to do the project conceptual planning. Initial concepts were unveiled at a public input gathering session in September 2020. Pond & Company will be doing the engineering. 
Barron Stadium Improvements $825,000 $792,865 $32,135 2020 The artificial turf has been replaced with FieldTurf, press box renovations (click here for photo), new scoreboard installed (photo), and repairs to the track have all been completed (photo).  
Water & Sewer $1,750,000 $0 $1,750,000 2022 The two projects will be designed and bid so we can develop concurrently: Fire protection for Rosemont Park and Maple Street area.
Silver Creek Trail Extension to Lindale $590,000 $0 $590,000 2023 City and County will work together to coordinate the trail project.  
Blueways/Waterways $3,121,362 $21,945 $3,099,417 2022 In house planning has been underway for renovations to the ECO center. The City has engaged Jones Pierce Architects to lead the design phase of the renovation and boat house design, which is underway.
Real Estate & Infrastructure for Economic Development & Job Creation $1,555,000 $1,128,830 $426,170 2021 Work continues with the Rome Floyd County Development Authority to identify and acquire property for economic development.  NW Regional Hospital purchased in 2022.
